These terms apply when you use this website or book a class, event, product or session with Emm & Demiane's in Maadi, Cairo. By creating an account or booking, you accept them.
Your account
Please give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for bookings made from your account. A parent or guardian books on behalf of a child.
Classes
- An enrolment is a request until our team confirms it. Fees, schedules and age ranges are shown on each class page.
- Class fees are paid in cash at the venue unless agreed otherwise.
- We may adjust a schedule, a room or a practitioner when needed, and we will tell you in advance.
Events
- One ticket per member per event. Your ticket and its QR code are in your Member Portal.
- Paid tickets are paid in cash at the door; your ticket is checked in on arrival.
- Places are limited by the capacity of each event. If we have to change or cancel an event, we will let you know.
Art Shop
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Orders are paid in cash on delivery.
- We confirm each order by phone before delivery. Handmade and original pieces are unique, so small differences from the photos are normal.
- Sold-out and made-to-order pieces can be requested through the contact page; we will confirm the price and timing first.
Wellbeing sessions
Coaching and therapy sessions are arranged on request and confirmed by our team. They are not an emergency service: if you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services straight away.
At the venue
We ask everyone to treat others, the space and the materials with care. We may refuse or end a booking in case of behaviour that puts others at risk. Children must be supervised outside their class time.
Content
Texts, photos, artworks and the Emm & Demiane's name and logo belong to us or to the artists. Please do not reuse them without permission.
Responsibility
We take care to keep the website accurate and our activities safe. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for interruptions of the website beyond our control.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest version.
