Refund Policy

Because you pay in cash on delivery or at the venue, most changes simply mean nothing is charged. Here is how cancellations and refunds work for each part of Emm & Demiane's.
Art Shop orders
- You pay only when your order arrives. You can check it in front of the courier and refuse it at no cost if it is damaged or not what you ordered.
- You can cancel an order free of charge until it leaves for delivery: contact us or reply to our confirmation call.
- Ready-made pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition. Made-to-order and personalised pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Classes
- If you cancel before your first session, anything you paid is refunded in full.
- Once a course has started, fees for sessions already held are not refundable. Where possible we will move you to another group or term instead.
- If we cancel a class, you receive a full refund for every session that does not take place.
Events
- Tickets are paid at the door, so cancelling costs nothing. Please cancel from your Member Portal or contact us so the place can go to someone else.
- If we cancel an event, any amount you paid for it is refunded in full.
Wellbeing sessions
Please cancel or move a session at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be charged.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid in cash at the venue, or by bank or mobile-wallet transfer, within 14 days of our agreement. Contact us using the details below to request one.
